Particular lessons are well appropriate for detailed explainations of mouvements, to optimise the improvement of the student. The instructor set up a personnalized progression adapted to your needs and your desires. we suggest particular lesson if you want to be more confident, improve yourself quickly. The instructor will make you share his passion and will learn to you how to ski in confidence and relaxed in order to obtain a max of pleasures.

> Group lessons:
welcomed by the instructor, the group studies and improves various mouvements of the teaching program of the ESF which will make possible for all the students to quickly progress and discover all the pleasures of slips. friendly atmosphere is assured.

> Training courses competition, where the objective is to progress overall through the competition, the practice in slalom is intensive, with an instructor which transmits its knowledge to make the students in a convivial and competitive environment. The competition ESF's tests are include in the training courses, flêche (giant slalom), chamois (special slalom), speed record,.. these training courses are well adapted to the teenagers.

Necessary level Cabri or Bronze Flêche, 8 years old minimum

-Training courses 'ARGENT'
Necesary level Argent flêche or bronze Chamois.

The training courses are only proposed to you during the holidays, Christmas's holidays and February's holidays.

> Specials lessons maximum 8 students, offering to the students not overloaded lessons guarantee a quick progress. These lessons are only proposed during February's holidays. These lessons concerne levels Snowflake (flocon), first Star, second Star. 12h15-14h15. Only during february's holidays.

> Class large ski, discovered moutain pastures and improvement of the off-piste skiing, accompained by instructors or mountain-guides. Necessary level class 3. 38 €/pers, minimum 5 pers.

> "DIAMAND DAY" 38 Euros
Departure on 9h30 et return to 15h30, 6 h of skiing to discove ESPACE DIAMANT, the occasion for the group to make a nice tour on the 175 km of the field, to benefit from large variety of slopes, to cross five ski resorts, to benefit from a good meal in a top-mountain restaurant. The course in maintained if the number of student is of minimum 5 people, and the meal is with your load.
