Before booking, make sure you know your level. If you don't, please check in the website's sections above. Choose ESf Village or ESF Mont Rond depending of your accomodation. Full Payment is due at least 10 days prior to arrival. Failure to send the payment by the due date will result in the cancellation of the booking. We can either send you the lesson tickets by the post or keep them at the ESF and give them to you at your arrival.

General recommendations :

Advanced reservations are strongly recommended. No reservation will be taken by email and fax. Reimboursement is possible on presentation of documents considered valid by the ESF. If the reimboursement is possible, 15 Euros per person will be deducted for administration costs.

The ESF keeps the right of modifying the schedules. The ESF cannot be blamed for weather conditions and broken down lifts. No repayment will be made if lessons are stopped for reasons outside its control. The ESF declines all responsability for accidents of any nature which may occure to students. You must have your lessons card or ticket when you arrive 'on time' for group or private lessons. You must have your ski pass to follow the lesson. We are not selling skipass. You have to be equipped with the correct material and clothing to practice outdoor mountain activities.

You are not insured by the ESF. To avoid financial problems resulting from an accident, we strongly advise that you take the 'Carré Neige insurance'. You can by it in our office.

The courses are taught in French, Italian, Dutch, English and German.
