Training courses competition:

From 8 years' old, and only during the french school's holidays.

The objective is to progress overall through the competition. The practice in slalom is intensive, with an instructor which transmits its knowledge whilst keeping the students in a convivial and competitive environment. The competition ESF's tests are included in the training courses: flêche (giant slalom), chamois (special slalom), speed record,.. these training courses are well adapted to the teenagers.

Training Bronze:

Required level Cabri and Bronze Flêche, 8 years old minimum.
6 Afternoons.

Training Silver (Argent):

Required level Argent Flêche and Bronze chamois.
6 Mornings.

Training Gold (Or):

Required level Vermeil Flêche and Argent chamois.
6 Mornings.
