How does it work?

In the event of cancellation of the stay, how soon can I declare the claim?
You must notify GBC Montagne insurance within five working days of the event giving rise to the guarantee.

What happens in the event of an accident?
Carré Neige takes care of the expenses as soon as you have recourse to professionals in order to rescue you or search for you, or likely to provide you with first aid.

What is the procedure to follow in the event of repatriation?
Beyond 150 km, if your state of health requires it, you can request your repatriation by calling Europ Assistance on: 01 41 85 85 96.
Below 150 km and on the day of the accident: in order to obtain coverage or reimbursement, you can contact the Carré Neige management center on 04 79 07 36 11 or 04 79 07 36 12

How do I get reimbursement for ski lessons?
Fill out the claims declaration form available on the Carré Neige website ( or in the Carré Neige sales outlets within 8 days and then send it, along with the supporting documents, to the following address:
